About this event

Led by chefs Yoo Seunghee and Baik Sunghee under the theme "Street Food & Fusion Sweets," these workshops at the Centre Culturel Coréen (Paris, 5th floor) teach modern takes on Korean street food. Sessions run 18:30-20:30 on October 27-29, November 3-5, and November 17-19, covering dishes such as spicy chicken cup-bap with cheese, kimchi-cheese pork belly rolls, bulgogi tacos, rice burgers, gyeran-ppang (egg bread), and kimchi rice-paper dumplings. Registration opened September 1 via Google Form (one workshop per person, confirmed by September 16), limited to adults 18+, with a cash-only €20 ingredient fee due September 21-30; no walk-ins without prior registration.
