Korean Cookery Workshop

About this event

This is a 3-hour hands-on Korean cookery workshop run by not-for-profit cookery school ramekin + rollingpin in Kirkintilloch, Saturday 21 November, 1pm-4pm (doors 12:55pm), ages 16+. The listed example menu covers bulgogi, kimchi jjigae, dangmyeon noodle salad, kimchi-making, and an oi & miyeok (cucumber and seaweed) salad, with tuition, ingredients, equipment, hot drinks and a take-home meal for two included.
